Our Boot Camp classes are designed for all fitness levels and can be taken as their own program or in combination with our CrossFit classes.  The biggest difference between CrossFit and Boot Camp is that boot camp focuses on a combination of strength and cardio without the use of barbells or gymnastics movements.  Our Boot Camp classes are instructed by various trainers so the classes are always a little different - we believe variety is the spice of life and the key to getting you in the best shape possible!  Your first class is free so make sure to contact us for your free trial.
