Erase Your Limits

Each CrossFit class is one hour long and is a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics and endurance. The best part about CrossFit is that you don't have to worry about your age or fitness level -  all workouts can be modified to your abilities.

It doesn't matter how out of shape you think you are... you'll fit right in!  No excuses!  

We encourage you to start where you can and watch yourself get stronger and leaner week after week.  When you stop in, ask our members what they've been able to achieve after one month, three months, or one year.

You'll be impressed... we are!

If you're an experienced CrossFitter and want to drop in for a class please email or call before dropping in. Our drop in rate is $15 a class. If you’re ready to sign up, you can pay here and you will receive an email to fill out the waiver before class.
