We at Grand Rapids Strength and Conditioning are a gym for those committed high school and college athletes who want to become better. Maybe you're an excellent athlete getting ready to compete at the college level. Maybe you're an athlete who wants to make varsity next year.  No matter what your goal, it's time to get it started.

We are not your typical gym. We don’t have fancy locker rooms or big screen TV’s. We are located in a warehouse by design. We want to train those dedicated athletes who don’t care about  A/C or juice bars.  What we do is train the whole athlete: We have a unique complete training program. We are not just a "speed camp" nor are we a power lifting program. We train for speed, strength, agility and power. 

When training and developing young athletes, it is very important to train them properly. Our coaches are committed to not only pushing the athlete, but making sure your son our daughter is safe. When your son or daughter is done with the program, not only will they be better athletes, they will know how to train like elite athletes.

Pricing per month:
3 x week - $100
2 x week - $75
1 x week - $55

Hours:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 3:15 - 4:15

We train as a group so we start promptly at 3:15.

We are located inside CrossFit Grand Rapids.
