If you always do what you always did, you’ll always get what you always got
We are the first CrossFit gym in Grand Rapids. In 2008 we started in a 900+ square foot room and we are now in a 5,000 square foot building. We offer group CrossFit classes in the early morning, lunch time, evenings, and weekends. We also offer private training.
Our experience has taught us many things over the years. Here are a few…
- Our daily workouts are put together very carefully. We want to push people so they keep improving, yet we are careful to keep people healthy.
- We don’t tolerate cockiness or harshness. We are a family friendly gym. Everyone feels comfortable and at-ease, regardless of their physical abilities. People don’t have to “get in shape” before they start training with us.
- We support both competitive CrossFit athletes and non-competitive members. We are happy to put an athlete on a specific training routine to get ready for the CrossFit games or other CrossFit competitions. We are also happy to help people focus on improving their health and well-being.
- We are confident that we are giving our members the best of what Crossfit has to offer. We try to keep the atmosphere fun and challenging.
