Yesterday for class we did back squats for Skill/Strength and it was the beginning of 3 week squat cycle that has us squatting 4 days a week. For class purposes we will only be squatting on Monday's but if you were interested in joining on the rest of the cycle the other 3 days a week let me know and I can give you some more info.  It's a lot of volume but squats are a great way to increase your total body strength and I shouldn't forget to mention they give you a great butt.
