Here's a before and after picture of Jeremy. The picture on the left was taken 6 months ago right before Jeremy joined CrossFit Grand rapids. The picture on the right was taken today and as of now Jeremy has dropped 30lbs. Even with the loss of 30lbs Jeremy's strength numbers are still climbing. He is a husband and father of two. He puts in long hard hours at his job every week. He never lets excuses get in the way of training hard, and he leaves nothing behind at the gym. Great job Jeremy.
