WOD: Wave the Sequel

6 min 4 Air Squat – Groups of no more then 5 people. Group forms a circle and holds the bottom position of squat and when it’s your turn you perform two air squats and resume the bottom of a squat.

Rest 2min

6 min 1 Clean and Jerk - Group forms a circle and when it’s your turn you perform one Clean and Jerk

Rest 2 min

6 min 4 Push up  - Group forms a circle and when it’s your turn you perform 4 push up.
