Question 1

Do I need any CrossFit experience to join?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Most of our members started with zero CrossFit experience. Every workout is scaled by our coaches to match your current fitness level, so you'll get a challenging and effective session whether it's your first day or your thousandth.

Question 2

What happens at my first intro session?

Accepted Answer

You'll sit down one-on-one with a coach to talk about your goals, fitness background, and what you're looking for. Then we'll show you around the gym and walk you through how our classes work. There's no pressure and no obligation — it's just a conversation.

Question 3

What should I wear and bring?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable athletic clothing you can move freely in and supportive athletic shoes (cross-trainers work great). Bring a water bottle. We have everything else you'll need at the gym.

Question 4

Is CrossFit good for weight loss and getting in shape?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our programming combines strength training, conditioning, and functional movement — the most effective combination for fat loss, muscle building, and overall fitness. Combined with our optional nutrition coaching, members see incredible results.

Question 5

How much does a membership cost?

Accepted Answer

We offer several membership options to fit different goals and budgets. Click the Pricing button in the menu to request our current rates, or book a free intro and we'll walk you through everything in person.

Question 6

Where are you located and is there parking?

Accepted Answer

We're located at 2945 Hillcroft Ave SW in Grand Rapids (near the Wyoming/Alger Heights area). There's free parking available right on-site — easy in, easy out.

Question 7

Do you offer classes for older adults?

Accepted Answer
