Open to all ages and experience levels, this Olympic Weightlifting program is built to help athletes develop strength, mobility, and confidence—whether your brand new to lifting or aiming to reach the next level.
Led by Coach Bethany Jones, training centers around the core lifts of Olympic Weightlifting—the Snatch and Clean & Jerk—along with Squats and focused accessory work to build a strong, resilient foundation.

Silver foxes
Silver Foxes is a social community for older individuals to get a workout in with some guidance and coaching. This hour-long class is a full body workout and focuses on strength, agility, balance, coordination, and endurance.
