To get started, all new members will go through our four class Foundation course before moving onto the regular CrossFit classes.

Each Foundation class is mostly instruction to guide you through the basic exercises we use on a daily basis. The last part of the class you go through a short work out to build your conditioning level. Don't think you need to get into shape before joining CrossFit, we use the Foundation classes to help build your conditioning level and confidence to make the transition into the regular CrossFit classes as smooth as possible.
