To get started, all new members will go through our four class Foundation course before moving onto the regular CrossFit classes.

Our Foundation classes will guide you through the basic movements we use on a daily basis. At the end of each class you will do a short workout to build your conditioning level. Don't think you need to to be in shape before joining CrossFit. We use the Foundations classes to help build your conditioning, confidence, and help the transition into the regular CrossFit classes be as smooth as possible.
